A night out in town with Joyce. First time I've spent under 10 dollars while in town. Learning to drive is expensive!
I know you don't have any obligations to go out with me but at least you made some effort. Real thankful for that.
Playing games and lazing around sure is fun, but interacting with people is sure more fun.

The paper which I thought was going to be the easiest of all the papers I had this semester will be math, but how wrong I am.
It's like of all years that he's going to try different questions, he choose this year and this semester. Just hope that others were also 'ambushed' by his 'innovation' in question selection.
At least everything's over, not going to think about it until the results are out like in a few weeks' time.
Anyone that's reading this, just take me out. I'm almost free everyday (yes, I know I sound desperate).

Oh looky, Danny's not revising for his papers for this coming week, perhaps I'm burnt out or I feel that I am ready for the paper. Let's hope it's the latter haha. Holidays are like around the corner, three more days exactly! One whole month of well deserved rest cause this seems like the hardest I've ever studied in my life (yes, even when compared to my O's and A's Level. I used to be a slacker).

Been listening to Queen these few days. They don't make music like they used to, with saturation of the market with hip-hop (which I don't like) and R&B (of which some I enjoy) songs. And Freddie Mercury is pretty much untouchable when it comes to live performance, thank god for youtube.

The fanboy in me screams out with joy when I saw the second trailer for the Watchmen film.
It's almost certain that the movie source (this time the actual graphic novel) is better than the movie itself due to various limits. Just hope that it don't disappoint.

Arsenal looks like they're in serious trouble. Back-to-back losses. Their realistic target seems to be finishing 4th in the Premier League now. It's really unlucky to Man Utd didn't take hold of the chance to catch up with Liverpool and Chelski. Lucky thing is that I didn't watch the 0-0 draw live (sleep more important).
Our work never is going to be over
Wonder whether my upset stomach's a sign of things to come. It's preventing me from concentrating and I'm seriously lagging behind in my revision plan. And I said many times before, I can't study at home. Upset stomach + travelling to school? Bad combo...
The person in charge of estate planning should attend a lesson in 'How-to-number-stuff-logically'. Went one big round before finding the intended place. I mean, shouldn't the numbering of the blocks go in either ascending or descending order? Just look at the block numbers around your house. Mine's 250 and the one beside mine is strangely 242 and not 249 (that's opposite mine, okay, I give that to you) or 251 (I got no idea where that is).
Speaking of which, noticed the strange numbering of the floors in NTU? I still can't find the logical reason for a Level 1 floor in the South Spine to be known as B1 in the North Spine. The floor I'm talking about is the one with Caffe Xpress and Nayang Audi.
Edit: Ok, I've noticed that they have the same numbering for the floors. Now the question is, why is the highest floor of South Spine is numbered as 1st storey? Confusing can?
Exam schedule for this week: Tuesday Evening/ Wednesday Morning/ Friday Afternoon. Like someone said 'steam ah'.

Weather's turning chilly these few days, with showers expected for the entire week. Bring a jacket, scarf and ear muffs for those exam halls and library mugging sessions. It's like winter in there!

You know you're in trouble when:
a. You read the notes but you got no idea what they are trying to convey. Information is just scattered everywhere in the notes. I'm looking at you, HR Management and Entrepreneurship.
b. You understood the notes but attempt at the past year exam papers shows that the knowledge you have just scratches the surface. Manipulation of formulaes and in depth understanding are key to doing well in the paper.
It's just like not only you have to know how to prepare a great tasting plate of Chicken Rice, but you also must know how to rear the damn chickens in the first place. Ok, bad analogy but I guess you get the idea. I hope that I can learn how to rear the chickens in time for my Thermo-die-namics exams.
And for the double whammy, they're both on the same week, with just a pathetic day apart.

And that's how I managed to spend my weekend.
It's like the same everytime I'm in the midst of an examination. Somehow a brand new console/game will be out at this period and I will get majorly distracted by it. Maybe it's the stress from revision (EXCUSES!!!) and I will find some kind of stress outlet.

But okay la, I'm actually got the time to spare since I'm called up for the Kidnap of Kahhui. Cabbed down in the end, without really considering that FOC people are never on time. Luckily it's not really that painful since the midnight surcharge had not kicked in.
Go view the video on facebook. Note the 'ZOMG I'm screwed' look on Kahhui when the lift door opens. Easily the most amusing thing I've saw this month.
Ate prata right after that at the Bukit Gombak prata store. Strange thing is both Wei Jie and I felt rather full after the first prata and Max is never 'Foo' (haha, note the bad pun?).
Anyway, Happy Belated Birthday. 22 liao, start acting your age la. Enough of the lousy jokes...
