Gloomy Days

The weather's pretty gloomy these days, it's almost two weeks when I last saw the sun. Mornings are soooo much harder to climb out of bed because of the nice cool weather.

Saw the longest queue ever for 179 on Tuesday at about 10am. Maybe it's due to the rain and the lack of 179As after 9:30-ish, the queue stretched from one end of the bus stop to the other. Luckily I managed to cut the queue as I saw Adabelle (I hope I didn't spelt that wrongly) at a 'strategic position'.

I think conversation between Kahhui and Adabelle can be summed into two words: Mutual Suan'ing. Had a good laugh though. Saw a guy sitting beside Adabelle after we got off the bus, nothing strange right? But Adabelle is sitting in the direction facing the back of the bus and there's like so many seats that is unoccupied. Chee Hong...

Found out how did Shining and Wileen managed to maintain their impressive GPAs (I'm easily impressed when it comes to GPA, you just have to be higher than mine). Met them while waiting for the Biz Team meeting on Thursday. Finally understood what does it mean to mug and mugged they did. I think they will somehow memorise the whole textbook when the examination period starts. Somehow it made me feel guilty about my relative lack of effort in my studies.

Didn't know that Jingjing is the DJ for the NTU radio from 7 - 9pm on Thursday nights. Go support her if you're still in school during that time.

The Biz Team meeting went well until I spoke to my small group. I think I take some time to warm up to others and I really hope that they don't feel that I'm cold and unfriendly. Oh wells, at least I managed to end the meeting at 9pm and gave them really little things to do, so they should be (hopefully) grateful for that.

What's up with the 179 service after 8pm? I waited at the South Spine bus stop for about 30 minutes before I managed to board one. Maybe one should wait at the North Spine when it's late, 'cos two 179 passed me packed with commuters boarding at the North Spine. Met Kliff, Wanting and Sheena on the bus. Poor people who went for the FOC meeting and didn't went for supper after it because of the long trip they have to make to get home.


Kliff was like sharing with me the importance of (non-academic) FYP while still studying (Isn't he like attempting one right now?). And Sheena's trying to pull me in as a sai kang warrior again. More sai kang? Oh no...
